It is not possible to borrow your items for an extended period, but you can extend them for an other lending period at home or at the library (if ther are no reservations on it). Costs for this double lending period are free (plus possible borrowing charges for hit-dvds etc.).

The maximum of 15 items per library card is applied throughout the year.

How do I know my library PIN code?

Your library PIN code is necessary to access your personal page. You need the code when checking on Mijn gegevens to see which items are borrowed by you, when the return date is due or if you want to extend the lending period.

Your PIN code is always used combined with your 10-digit library card number.

The PIN code is based on the day and month of your birth, in four digits. If you were born on July 4 your code will be 0407.

You can change your PIN code on Mijn gegevens.
